Our Process
Not only are we committed to your satisfaction, but we’re also committed to your personal schedule and needs. When you schedule a free, in-home consultation with us, we will sit down with you to learn more about your project, evaluate your space and take measurements to give you an accurate project scope.
After a consultation, you can stop by our 6,000+ sq. ft. showroom to browse the hundreds of available options for your project or we can bring our store to your door for free! This gives you an opportunity to see our products for yourself and compare colors and textures within the space you are designing.
Once you make your selection, we will place your order and set up an installation date. We use an excellent team of installers who have worked with us for years and are trained to care for your home like it’s their own.

Our Team
Kevin Brewer
Owner
Kevin (along with Greg Garrison) opened Brewer Custom Floors & More in 2006 and has been proudly running the business ever since. He prides himself on providing the best service possible and loves seeing repeat customers come back to the Brewer team to handle their flooring needs. Kevin says there’s nothing more rewarding than knowing that the team has done their jobs correctly and that the customers have enough confidence in the team’s abilities to hire them again and again. When he’s not at Brewer’s stunning showroom, Kevin enjoys boating with his wife, Bev, traveling to college football games, and playing a little golf when he gets a chance.
Greg Garrison
Owner
Greg has been in the industry since 1995, and opened Brewer Customer Floors & More alongside Kevin Brewer in 2006. Over the years, he has made changes to business operations to ensure that clients have easy access to flooring services when they need them. Greg loves helping customers select the right flooring for their homes and being part of the installation process, ensuring nothing but high satisfaction. When he’s not running the business, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and boating.
Stephany Holleman
Showroom Manager & Interior Designer
After receiving a B.S. in Interior Design Technology from Purdue University, Stephany spent over 10 years in the residential interior design industry before joining the Brewer team. She loves creating unique design solutions for each customer’s taste and needs for their households, and gets excited when all the colors, textures, and materials come together. Stephany enjoys the opportunity she gets to connect with industry professionals and collaborate with them to create the best designs.
When she’s not busy bringing client visions to life, she enjoys incorporating understated trends into her own home design and completing her own DIY projects to learn more about technical processes and procedures. Stephany has been married for almost 10 years, with 3 stepdaughters who are like her own and 2 German Shorthair Pointer fur babies.
Ben Garrison
Warehouse Worker & Service Provider
With five years of experience in the residential construction and flooring industry, Ben has been a valuable addition to the Brewer team. He loves that he gets to learn something new every day and be in a professional work environment with other passionate people. When he isn’t working, Ben enjoys exercising, playing sports, and watching his favorite teams.
Greg Straub
Field Production Manager
With nearly three decades of industry experience, Greg has made an immediate impact on the Brewer team. He loves working with both crews and homeowners and completing quality installations for homeowners throughout the Greater Indianapolis Area. When he’s not busy supervising workers, procuring materials and ensuring everything is in working order, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and being in the great outdoors.
Tony Spencer
Production Manager
An industry veteran, NFIC Certified Installer of Natural Fiber Carpets, and CFI IN Certified Installer of Laminate & Hardwood and Residential & Commercial Carpet I & II, Tony brings years of valuable experience and professional to the Brewer team. With a knack for problem solving, he enjoys helping installers and customers resolve issues and bring their flooring dreams to life. When he’s not working, Tony loves to spend time with his family and friends.
