Visit active job sites to monitor progress and quality of subcontractor installation work across all flooring types - carpet, vinyl plank, hardwood, tile, and more
Identify issues in real time and direct crews to correct them - material shortages, installation defects, scope discrepancies, timeline conflicts
Coordinate with the Production Manager on job status, open items, and scheduling
Complete punchout items - trim installation, transitions, seam repairs, grout touch-ups, and similar close-out work
Assess and close out service and warranty tickets including carpet patches, loose tiles, grout repair, and minor floor repairs
Interface professionally with homeowners, general contractors, and subcontractor crews as the on-site representative of Brewer Custom Floors
Document job site conditions daily through photos and task updates in our team management system
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on flooring installation experience - you must be able to identify quality work across multiple flooring types
Familiarity with multiple trades (carpet, tile, hard surface) strongly preferred
Professional communication skills - you will represent Brewer Custom Floors directly with customers and trade partners
Self-directed and accountable - able to manage a daily field schedule and report back without being micromanaged
Basic smartphone proficiency for photo documentation and project tracking
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Ability to perform minor repairs and punchout work independently

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Load, deliver, and stage flooring materials at job sites - including heavy rolls of carpet and hardwood up stairs and through tight spaces
Prep floors for installation
Receive, organize, and manage incoming shipments at the warehouse
Support installation crews with material staging and on-site logistics
Communicate job status and daily activity through a team task management app - we'll train you, basic phone comfort is all you need

Some hands-on trade, construction, or physical labor experience
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting every single day
Basic comfort with a smartphone and apps - if you can navigate your phone, you can learn our system
Self-motivated and able to stay on task independently

Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift experience or certification
Any flooring installation experience
