Brewer Custom Floors & More ("we," "us") operates the brewerfloors.com website and a flooring showroom at 166 Vista Park Way, Avon, Indiana 46123. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact form or request an estimate, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, how you heard about us, and the details of your inquiry. If you book an appointment through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and the appointment details you enter.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on page, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data subject to Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Our product catalog and "See it in your room" visualizer are provided by Roomvo. If you upload a photo of your room to preview flooring, that photo is processed by Roomvo under Roomvo's privacy policy. We do not receive your room photos.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is shared only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, our customer-management, email, analytics, scheduling, and visualization tools), each bound by their own privacy terms.
We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping requirements. If you'd like your contact information removed, ask us and we will remove it unless we're required to keep it.
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
